This extensive facial consists of a combination of the most popular facial treatments combined into one consecutive facial that maximizes the benefits received. This facial consists of intensive skin exfoliation, pore cleansing, cell turnover activation, skin nourishment & rebalancing. The steps of this facial ensure the maximum benefit of all products & ingredients. Each facial product being used is determined based off the needs of the specific client.

Monthly deep cleansing facials create a healthy skin base for a more productive outcome for home care regimens, and for any advanced treatments that a client decides to have done. In order to gain the benefit of result drive treatments, it is imperative that the overall condition of the skin be healthy and functioning properly to gain those benefits.

IN THE TREATMENT ROOM

The treatment begins with a Dermaplaning surface exfoliation for proper penetration of facial ingredients. Followed by the use of hydrodermabrasion pen infused with ingredients to cleanse out debris and congestion from the skin without any excessive skin damage of physical extractions. *Here you can chose to add on our Oxygen Therapy Mask to add blood flow circulation, tighten pores, and kill off any bacteria in the skin, we highly suggest this add on to the facial. We then rebalance the skin’s moisture loss with JetPeel which uses pressurized air of special serums to deliver nourishment deep into the skin. This facial is concluded with a Professional Grade Masque & LED Therapy for anti inflammatory properties & to help with deeper absorption of ingredients for a healthy, radiant complexion.

POST PROCEDURE MUST HAVES

Treating your skin with daily care products between your facial appointments is critical to hydrate and protect your skin. Marilena recommends:

Anti-Pink Mist by Glow Up Skin - Anti-inflammatory, ultra hydrating toner mist to apply right before & after your AM or PM serum.

Beta Glucan Serum by Unik - Ultra hydrating, elasticity promoting, and soothing serum, beneficial for all skin types. We love our clients having this serum on hand to use post facial treatments to promote proper skin healing.

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO TO GET MY SKIN TREATMENT READY?

  • No Skin Peels, Laser Treatments, or Plasma Fibroblast Lift

  • No face waxing, threading, depilatory creams, bleaching.

    No face tanning or any sun exposure without the use of SPF.

    No face injectables or fillers, e.g. botox.

  • Stop the use of over-the-counter or prescription Retinol products

    Stop any exfoliating agents including AHA & BHA.

  • Drink plenty of water

    Avoid wearing any heavy makeup

 

CONTRAINDICATIONS TO GLOW UP FACIAL

  • Do to impaired wound healing a diabetic may not be an optimal candidate of this treatment.

  • While this facial doesn't typically cause bleeding, if you are prone to blood clotting your risk of complications may increase

  • May cause an allergic reaction

    Additionally, while microneedling doesn't typically cause bleeding, if you are on a blood-thinning agent, your risk of bruising may increase

  • Who’s had lymph nodes removed: must first obtain a release form from their Oncologist.
